Love is...
Topic: The Reason for the Season
Christmas is a beautiful time of the year. Oh...the joys of Christmas. It's a jubilant time of celebration, it's a time to share love, laughter, and make melody in our hearts. It's a time of celebrating with loved ones, families, friends, and coworkers.

Here is fresh manna for you to ponder: Whose birthday are we celebrating? Selah...(pause).

When we are invited to a birthday celebration, it is honorable and customary to present the honoree with gifts, isn't it? Selah...(pause)

Let's not forget during our time of celebrations to remember the real reason for the Christmas season. December 25th is the day that has been set aside to celebrate the birthday of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (the Anointed).

Our Heavenly Father gave us His ULTIMATE gift: His only begotten Son (Jesus). We honor and celebrate Him when we share His gift of love with others.

Will you touch the lives of others this Christmas Season with the gift of Love you have received?

For God is love (1John 4:16)... and He gave. Think of these things.
